It takes instinct, skill, and knowledge to interrupt efficiently. Know your enemy, know his skills and patterns and adjust accordingly.

Interrupting isn't something you can step into and roll your fingers on the keyboard and win instantly, it takes time and practice.

And for the record, I've interrupted spectral agony a couple times. Its painfully easy to predict.
